She was predeceased by: her parents, William Petrini and Susie Petrini (Janco); her husband Wesley Lee "Jack" Kolk; her daughters, Patti Kolk and Cindy Kolk; and her sisters, Ruth Malloy and Evelyn Hobson.
She is survived by: her son Wesley Kolk (Kris); her grandchildren, Kim Kolk (Jack Striebel), Kristin Cotner (Cory), Justin Striebel (Lauren), Brendan Kolk, Breanna Kolk, Bryce Kolk and JT Striebel; and her sister Sis Bain. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
