He is survived by: his fiancée Mary Beth Worthy; his son Nyles Spurgeon (Megan); his stepchildren, Katie Gardner, Lance Gardner, Brandon Gardner and Chanteal Gardner; his grandchildren, Kayden Spurgeon, Malakai Spurgeon, Kayla Henneman, Andrew Godwin, Kalab Gardner, Brandon Gardner and Olivia Gardner; his siblings, Gary Spurgeon, Kevin Spurgeon, Virginia Spurgeon, Donna Besaw, Ann Baheler and Joy Emerick; and his nephew Eddie Besaw.
