He was predeceased by: his parents, John Ambrose Holt and Winifred Virginia Holt (Crabtree); his wife Emma "Kitty" Sharp; his son Jim Holt; his great grandchild Mark Holt; his great great grandchild Landon Ryan Holmes; and his sisters, Virginia Vaughn and Betty Moppins.
He is survived by: his stepmother Myrtle Keyser Holt; his children, Janet Thomason (Arthur "Art") of Mesa, AZ, Larry Holt (Cindy) of Brighton and Bill Holt (Muriel) of Scottsdale, AZ; his daughter-in-law Christy Holt of Alton; his grandchildren, Kathy Rood, Debra Thomason (Neil Roach), Jennifer Van Allman, Michael Holt (Beth), Pamela Smith (Steve Watt), Lori Seay, Jason Sumner, Jordy Schuller and Sanne Laboate; his sister Dorothy Bonnell of Springfield, OH; and his brother-in-law Joe Vonbehren of Mesa, AZ. He is also survived by numerous great grandchildren, numerous great great grandchildren.
