She was predeceased by: her parents, Granville "Wayne" Cletcher and Ruby A. Cletcher (Williams); her son Jeff Watts; and her uncles, Garland Williams, Sam Williams, Virgil Williams, Glen Williams and Wayne Williams.
She is survived by: her husband John Ligon; her children, Michael Ligon (Charlotte) of Rosewood Heights and Veronica Pinion (Ron) of Jacksonville, NC; her grandchildren, Kyle Watts, Kelsie Watts, Tres Rosario (Ishtar), Jon Perry, KarLee Perry, Brice Pinion, Shyanne Pinion, Rhys Lane, Phillip Conner Ligon and BayLee Ligon; her great grandchildren, Julian, Mateo, Sarai Rosario and Jairen Watts; her brother Mike Watts (Rhonda) of White Oak, TX; and her aunts, Sylvia Decker and F. Eileen Hulett. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
