He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Green and Katie Green (Fisher); his brothers, Ted Ray Green, Max Green (Ann) and Archie Green; and his son Gerald "Gerry" Green.
He is survived by: his wife Pearl Wachs Green; his daughters, Gloria Wiedlocher of Alton, IL and Connie Creager (Roy) of Katy, TX; his daughter-in-law Nancy Aker Green of Port Charlotte, FL.; his brother Bob Green (Betty); and his sister-in-law Betty Green. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren, 10 great grandchildren.
The family requests those who wish to express sympathy to consider making a donation to the Salvation Army in Jack Green's name.
