He is survived by: his mother Mary Frazier of Bethalto; his wife Melissa Gust; his daughters, Alyssa, Alexis and Myranda of Wood River; his grandchild Windlyn Hippen of Alton; his siblings, Kevin McCormick (Barbie) of Dow, Kelly McCormick of Florissant, MO and Lisa McCormick of Bethalto; his mother-in-law Kathy Blasioli (Danny) of Wood River; his siblings-in-law, Kim Michiaels of Jacksonville, IL and Phil Gust of Kane; his nephew Gage Mosher; his nieces, Aubrey, Emma and Libby McCormick; and his pet Lily.
