He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Joseph and Mary Wiesner (Rogers); and his siblings, Eugene, Johnny Waters, Marlin Crawford and Rosalie Winchester.
He is survived by: his daughters, Jennifer Armstead (Jason) of Louisville Kentucky, Julie Glisson (Timmy) of Alton Illinois, Shelley Wiesner of California and Cathy Collins (Tom) of Godfrey Illinois; and his grandchildren, Shelby Coatney (Drew Popek) and Jayda Armstead.
In lieu of flowers, Memorials may be made to Isaacs Ray of Hope in Honor of Kailey Almeter.
