She was predeceased by: her father Theodore J.; her former husband Marlin Mack; her husband Jean Lacquement; her siblings, Sylvia Jost (Walter) and Donald Boelhauf; her nephew Gerald Boelhauf; and her pets, Minnie and Lola Blue.
She is survived by: her daughters, Teri L. Mack of Collinsville and Sheri L. Bunch (David) of Kansas City, MO; her grandchildren, Christopher Aldridge, Erika Aldridge and Olivia Bunch; her sister-in-law Janet Boelhauf; her nephew DeWayne Jost; her nieces, Donna Brueggemann (Rick), Carol Jost and Terri Boelhauf; her great-nieces and great-nephews, Eric (Cathy), Katy, Hunter (Haydi), Blake (Kaila), Connor and Clayton Cole; and also, Clayton Walter, Oliver, Cameron and Cayla. She is also survived by several cousins and a wide circle of friends.
