He was predeceased by: his parents, Elmer Seaton and Mina Seaton; his wife Janette Sparks; his brothers, Cedric, Robert, Nova and Elmer Seaton; his siblings-in-law, Robert (Bobbie) and Mary Ellen Sparks; and his grandson James Allen Sanders.
He is survived by: his children, Nancy Sanders (Garland) of Allendale, Cathy Seaton of Allendale and Brad Seaton of Allendale; his grandsons, Aaron Sanders and Travis Sanders (Roberta); his great grandchildren, Violet Mae and Harvey Sanders; and his sister Evelyn Vickers (Larry) of Mt. Carmel.
