He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Roy Ranney and Irma Ranney (Hubler); his wife Carolyn J. Finch; his sons, Brian Ranney (Tammy) of Kansas City, Missouri and Brent Ranney (Nichole) of Blue Grass, Iowa; his grandchildren, Kearisten, Emily, Jesse, Cassy, Brandon and Reagan; and his brother Roger. He was also cherished by nine great grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.
