She was predeceased by: her parents, Eldon Palmer and Sylvia Elwood Palmer; her husband Harold "Spike" Heck; and her sister Lorie Gibson. She is survived by: her son Tom Buttgen (Dee) of Cambridge; her stepchildren, Jody Heck of Milwaukee, Jane Kenney of Davenport, Iowa and David Heck of Streamwood, Illinois; her grandchildren, Angela, Thomas John, Charles, Marlaina and Nichole; her stepgrandchildren, Daniel, Jena and Davis; and her sister Kathy Vincent of Cambridge. She is also survived by twelve great grandchildren.
