He was predeceased by: his parents, Wesley Drowns and Lois Pollitt Drowns. He is survived by: his close friend Ruth Sutherland of Aledo; his children, Will Drowns of Aledo, Shaunna Sutton of Pekin, Jason Drowns of Georgia and Ricky Drowns of Georgia; his siblings, David Drowns of Pekin, Jon Drowns of Pekin and Tammy Sundell of Kentucky; and his pets, Boozer and Lucy. He is also survived by 4 grandchildren.
