She was predeceased by: her parents, Donald Meacham and Darlene Mathers Meacham; and her husband Donald R. Fordham. She is survived by: her daughter Kim Johnson (Kevin) of Aledo; her grandchildren, Adam of Aledo and Taylor Johnson of Aledo; her great grandchildren, Kayel Thomas Johnson and Rollin Keith Johnson of Norfolk, Virginia; and her sister Cindy Waters (Jim) of Sugarland, Texas. She is also survived by one niece; one nephew; one aunt; several cousins.
