He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Rayburn Cooper and Lola Burk Cooper; his wife Dorothy I Williams; his children, Debbie Peterson (Brent) of New Windsor, Dave Cooper (Sally) of Viola, Dennis Cooper (Barb) of Orion and Dana Cooper of Muscatine, Iowa; his sister Dorothy Bennett (Glen) of Aledo; his close friend Cherie Tracy; his daughter Deena Marie; and his sister Patty. He was also cherished by 10 grandchildren; 11 great grandchildren.
