We are sad to announce that on January 30, 2021, at the age of 98, Genevieve M. Parchert (Aledo, Illinois) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward Schmidt and Mildred Schmidt (Sackville); her husband William F. Parchert; and her siblings, Virginia Padesky, Kathleen DeSchepper, Eileen Bivens, Eleanor Bigham and Vaughn Schmidt.

She is survived by: her sons, Bill (Marilyn Parchert), Paul (Lucinda Parchert) and Ron (Carol Parchert); her grandchildren, Sherri Parchert of William Parchert, III, James Parchert, Brett Parchert, Beth Vroman, Justin Parchert, Abby Deppert, Mike Bower and Lynn Gilroy; her sister Judy Bieri; and her sister-in-law Pauline Schmidt.

Masks and social distancing will be required during services and visitation.

Memorials may be made to the Zion Lutheran Church, where she was a lifelong member.
