It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Dora Mae Howlett of Aledo, Illinois, born in Flint, Michigan, who passed away on June 23, 2022, at the age of 104, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, William J. Bentley and Mary Amy Peters Bentley; her children, Donald Howlett (Joyce) of Aledo and Pamela Russell of New Boston; her grandchildren, Adam Russell (Jennifer), Troy Russell (Heather), Rhonda Taylor (Rob), Nathan Howlett, Ryan Howlett and Jay Howlett (Aubrey); her sister Erma Dobbins of Aledo; her close friends, Barbara King, Becky Howell, Gary, Leota Cooper and Jean Mahaffey; her pet Barney; her husband Eugene R. Howlett; her grandson Brandon Howlett; and her brother LaVerne Dobbins.
