He was predeceased by: his parents, David Lee and Mary Louise Kistler (Rush); his brother Rodney; and his son-in-law Mike McIntire. He is survived by: his wife Cindy Lundeen; his daughter Carrie Jo; his son-in-law Kevin Shride of Burlington; his granddaughters, Quinci, Averi, Marli and Kirsten; and his cousins, Sandy and Terry Hank.
