He was predeceased by: his parents, Emil E. Johnson and Janice I. Johnson Sr. (Wilson); his granddaughter Natalie; and his sister Janet Pringle. He is survived by: his wife Theresa L. Walker; his children, Cody Johnson (Kellie) of Tuckerman, Arkansas, Kiley Johnson of Tuckerman, Arkansas and Shandi Cunningham (Chris) of Abingdon; his grandchildren, Zane, Adrian, Gunner, Tyler, Alec, Axton and Vaida; and his siblings, Tony Johnson (Joetta) of Abingdon, Emil Johnson Jr. (Cyndi) of Abingdon, Martha Lewis (Don) of Abingdon, Beverly Fawcett (Todd) of Kirkwood and Peggy Ferguson (Jim) of Logansport, Indiana. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
