He is survived by: his wife Jennifer Nash; his daughters, Alana and Mia; his parents, Jean Schofield of Abingdon and John Henry Sizemore of Bozeman, Montana; his sister Angela Sizemore of Billings, Montana; and his grandmothers, Lola Schofield of Abingdon and Savannah Sizemore. He is also survived by aunts, uncles and cousins.
