She was predeceased by: her parents, Claude Nelson and Marietta Nelson; her husband Cecil Knowles; her son Bob Knowles; and her sister Betty Vest.
She is survived by: her children, Patricia Bocian of Caldwell, John Knowles (Janice) of Sandpoint and Mike Knowles (Debbie) of Sandpoint. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren; 26 great grandchildren; and 9 great-great grandchildren.
