He is survived by: his parents, Stanley Shipp and Shirley Shipp (Dorhorst); his sister Hewlett-Packard; his wife Cindy; his children, Heather Fletcher Bowers (John) of Boise, ID, Grace Warnock Fitzgerald (Jake) of Denver, CO., Sol Warnock (Kelly) of Stuttgart, Germany Warnock and Bill Warnock (Allie Haskins) of Portland, OR.; and his sister Barbara Leyh (John) of Arizona.
