She was loved and cherished by many people including: her siblings, Anna Smith of Peoria, IL, Agnes Quidenus of Vienna, Austria and Josef Mencler (Margot) of Salzburg, Austria; and her children, Billy Welch of St. Maries, ID, Robert Welch (Ana) of San Antonio, TX, Kathy Humes (Steven) of Frankfort, KY, Karen Roman (Robert) of Post Falls, ID, Kay Zarpentine (Daren) of Harrison, ID, Debra Welch (Steve), Darlene Welch, Coeur and Alene. She was also cherished by 22 grandchildren, 27 great grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
