He was predeceased by: his parents, Larry Leon and Naomi Jean Carter (Daw); his wife Diane; his brother Jimmy Deloy; and his grandparents, Deloy, Ivy Daw (Scarborough), Fred and Dorothy Carter (Strobel).
He is survived by: his children, Tiauna Easton, Tara Tonks, Hillary Maatsch, Deidra Wageman, Diona Cantu and Ted Worthington; and his siblings, Clint Carter (Kristi), Steven Carter, Cindy Thomas (Todd) and Cherie Peterson (Nels). He is also survived by 16 grandchildren; 18 great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
