He was predeceased by: his parents, Jose Maria DeLuna and Josefa Salinas; his daughter Balvina; his grandchildren, Magdalena and Sean Ramirez; and his siblings, Jose Maria, Pablo, Victor, Gonzalo, Aurelio, Guadalupe, Virginia, Josefina, Adelina and Esperidona.
He is survived by: his wife Juanita Esquivel; his children, Armando (Lidia), Arnulfo (Bertha), Elida Martinez (Blas), Victor (Michelle) and Agustin (Michelle); and his brother Juan. He is also survived by 75 grandchildren and great grandchildren.
