He was predeceased by: his parents, Arminda Ponce and Jesus Nuñez; his sister Juana Nuñez; his mother-in-law Maria Elena Farfan; and his brother-in-law Joseph Cannon.

He is survived by: his wife Rosalba Nuñez; and his children, Jesus, Fabian, Fernando Nuñez and Isabella Nuñez. He is also survived by brothers and sisters, nieces, nephews.
