He was predeceased by: his parents, Reese Lewis and Vida Lewis; and his sister Chloe. He is survived by: his son Steven (Megan) of Califon, NJ; his former wife Dian McQueen; his son Sean (Kari) of Ogden, UT; his wife Madeline Rank; his children, Patricia (Andrew) of Orem, UT, Oren (Melanie), Nathaniel (Wendy) of Saint George, UT, Heather of Nampa, ID and Briana of Johnstown, PA; his siblings, Beth Sterrett of Portland, OR, Susan (Earl Richins) of Dothan, AL, Grant (Dawnell) of San Jose, CA, Sandy (late Vince Jones) of Goshen, ID and Eleen (Clyde Morgan) of Boise, ID; and his grandchildren, Jaysen (Megan), Annika (Devin), Angelynn, Amanda, Perrigrine, Amaylia, Brant, Collin, Tanner, Alexia, Rhyan, Abby, Ella, Zina, Oliver, Henry, Logan, Draven, Odin, Grace and Roxeanne. He is also survived by Great-Grandchildren.
