He was predeceased by: his parents, Heber Charles Saurey and Sophy Ricks; his spouse Jossine Marlu Farrimond; his daughter Denese Hirschi; and his grandson Ty Hirschi.
He is survived by: his children, Susan Bryan, Brent Saurey (Pat), Kerry Saurey (Kay) and Arlene Nef (David); and his son-in-law Bill Hirschi. He is also survived by 5 children, 28 grandchildren, and 44 great-grandchildren.
