With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Calvin Jay Chappell in Rexburg, Idaho, born in Lyman, Utah, who passed away on July 19, 2020 at the age of 88. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Calvin Jay Chappell to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by: his parents, David Grant Chappell and Margaret Peterson Chappell; and his children, David and Julie. He is survived by: his wife Ruth Ellen Killpack; his child Cathi Berry (Boyd); and his siblings, Larry Chappell, Eddie Chappell, Jean Okerlund and Phyllis Robinson. He is also survived by sixteen grandchildren and twenty-five great grandchildren.
Due to the corona virus and our wish to keep family and friends safe, we will have a small private funeral service Thursday, July 23, 2020.
