He is survived by: his wife Carolyn; his children, Boyd Charles "Chuck" Clark, Jr. (Nicole) of Idaho Falls, Kelli Jean Wells of Mankato and Dennis R. Gray (Melissa) of Idaho Falls; his siblings, Ted Clapp, Lynn Clapp (Billie Jo) of Taylor and Frank Clapp of Riverton, Utah.; and his grandchildren, Shelby Wells, Cody Clark, Donovan Wells, Aspen Gray, Bret Clark, Jamie Wells, Chloe Gray and Kylie Gray. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
