He was predeceased by: his parents, Dyle Robertson and LaRene Weatherston Robertson. He is survived by: his former spouse Eleen Lewis; his son Cody Joe Robertson; his girlfriend Anita Jo Stockson; and his siblings, Robert "Bob" Remington and Kathleen Burleson.
