He is survived by: his daughters, Destini and Sierra Rodriquez; his mother Gloria Carol Lopez of Shepherd Texas; his siblings, James Smith and Heather Chavez; his nephews, Michael, Jonathan and Joshua; his niece Jessica; his sister Stephanie Smith; his nieces and nephews, TJ, Kristina, Patrick and Kayla; his sister Rebecca Ramos; and his nieces and nephews, Adrian, Aris, Grace and Mia.
