He is survived by: his cousin Don; his children, Bret Burbank of Preston, Troy Burbank (Diane) of Knoxville, Melanie Olsen (Scott) of Preston and Chris Burbank of Elkridge, Maryland; his wife Nayda Christiansen Burbank; and his brothers, Rex Burbank of Paris, Leon Burbank of Clifton and Boyd Burbank (Cindy) of Preston, Idaho. He is also survived by 17 grandchildren and 22 great-grandchildren.
