With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Joye Rowe (Preston, Idaho), born in Ogden, Utah, who passed away on February 23, 2018 at the age of 94. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her children, Sharyl Dornhecker and Clifford R. Rowe. She is survived by: her spouse Frank M. Rowe; and her daughter Vicky Brown (Ken) of Roy, UT. She is also survived by four grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations to the Humane Society of Utah or to your favorite charity in her name.
