He was predeceased by: his wife Bessie; his parent-in-law Henry Bennett; his son-in-law Ellis Lang; his granddaughter Trena Rawlings; his great grandchild Graycee Smith; his brother-in-law Odell Ransom; and also, Esther Bennett and Val Buttars.

He is survived by: his sisters-in-law, Joyce and Lois; his brother Eldon Bennett; and his sister-in-law Ina Bennett. He is also survived by his eight daughters and two sons.
