He is survived by: his spouse Diane Van Campen; his children, Debbie Moulton (Mark) and Mike Nelson (Chris); his grandchildren, Michele Nelson, Shealee, Evans, Baylie Moulton, Tristan Moulton, Brandan Moulton, Travis Moulton, Caleigh, Jersie, Stetson, Logan and Wyatt; his brother Cornelis "Dutch" Visser (Jolene); and also Mike. He is also survived by many nephews and nieces.
