He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence "Kay" Horrocks and Margaret Peterson Horrocks; and his wife Patricia Clark. He is survived by: his children, William C Horrocks of Idaho Falls, ID, Brent Horrocks (Mary) of Athens, AL, Cindy Horrocks (Shelley Roberts) of Meridian, ID and Brian Horrocks (Katy) of Boise, ID. He is also survived by eight grandchildren and six great grandchildren.
