He was predeceased by: his parents, Sena Mae and Morgan Phillips; his siblings, Sterling, Pete, Ray, Ridge, Myrtle and Wilma; and his children, Sheldon Bart Phillips and BarJean Phillips.
He is survived by: his wife Carol Phillips of Pocatello, Idaho; his daughter Bonita Phillips (Cynda Gettman) of Blackfoot, Idaho; his sister Dorothy Green (John) of Blackfoot, Idaho; and his friend Launa Lynch of Nampa, Idaho. He is also survived by granddaughter and great grandkids; numerous nieces and nephews.
