It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Richard Howell of Pocatello, Idaho, born in Cedar City, Utah, who passed away on May 1, 2022, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Carol Perry Howell and Merrill Howell; and his brother-in-law Jack Smith. He is survived by: his wife Gloria Griffel; his siblings, Marilyn (Smith) of Apopka and David Howell (Janelle) of Mesquite, Nevada.; his nieces and nephews, Nick Howell, Nathan Howell, Shauna Smith and Mindy Howell; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Madelyn, Mila, Merrick, Brooklyn and Ian Howell.
