It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Rebecca Sue Ann Carter of Pocatello, Idaho, who passed away on April 9, 2022, at the age of 41, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her mother Susan McGonigal; her grandmother Rebecca McGonigal; and her stepmother Judy Carter. She is survived by: her father George Stephen Carter; and her children, Wesley, Lily, Abby, Dylan, Remy, Rudy and Rozee. She is also survived by many brothers and sisters and extended family.
