We are sad to announce that on July 19, 2022, at the age of 93, Phillip A Burkhart (Pocatello, Idaho) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his wife Pat. He is survived by: his daughter Linda Albano; his son-in-law Bob; his granddaughter Elna Albano (Bridger Putnam); and his daughters, Laurie Smith (Thom Drozd) and Lanah Butterfield.
He died peacefully due to complications of Parkinson's and other health issues under the loving and compassionate care of the wonderful people at Quail Ridge and for the last two months, the nurses and support staff of Encompass Hospice.
