She is survived by: her husband Jim Underwood; her daughters, Jade Underwood and Monica Christensen; her stepchildren, Jeremy Underwood, Jared Underwood (Bobbi), Jamie Zabel (Jamon) and Korbie Vaughn (Brandon); her stepmother Carm Chiodo; her half-siblings, Trace Chiodo and Jodi Didenko; and her stepsister Kim Torkelson.
