He was predeceased by: his wife Marianne; his parents, Ray and Mildred; his brothers, Warren (Judy) and Jim (Cheryl); and his son Robert (Chris).

He is survived by: his son Richard (Pilar). He is also survived by 3 grandchildren, 4 great-grandchildren, 4 nephews and 4 nieces.
