He was predeceased by: his siblings, Carlos Baltazar, Tony Baltazar, Manuel Baltazar and Angie Mayo; his uncle Alfredo Amezcua; and his parents, Sarah Baltazar and Carlos De Salez.
He is survived by: his sisters, Rachel Baltazar and Linda Gamch; and his children, Silvia De Salez, Juanita De Salez, Anita De Salez, Isabel De Salez, Dolores De Salez, Delia Hogen, Silva De Salez, Sergio De Salez, Vicky Barrigan, Janet Barrigan and Tony Barrigan.
