She was predeceased by: her parents, Anton Menousek and Agnes Menousek; her husband Gerald M. Clark; her son Reed G. Clark; her siblings, Agnes, Marie Brazda, James (Jim), Jerry, Anton (Tony) and Joseph (Joe); and her nephew Robert Swanberg (Bob).
She is survived by: her daughter-in-law Laurel Rae Clark of Stansbury Park, UT; her grandchildren, Christy Ann Gentry (Michael James) of Stansbury Park, UT, Stan Reed Clark (Shelli) of Bluffdale, UT and Matt R Clark (Courtney) of Senoia, GA; her sister Theresa Swanberg; her nieces and nephews, Sharon Swanberg, Nancy Falter (Lee) of Greeley, CO, Ron Menousek (Diane) of Wichita, KS, Danny Menousek of Pocatello, ID, Kristine Edwards (Randy) of Pocatello, ID, Dorothy Menousek of Omaha, NE, Bruce Menousek of Omaha, NE and Tom Menousek (Bonnie) of Andover, KS; and her sister-in-law Florence Menousek of Pocatello, ID.. She is also survived by 8 great-grandchildren.
