With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Helene J. Goodenough of Pocatello, Idaho, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. As Helene departs from this earthly realm, her essence lingers — a whisper on the wind, a ripple on the water — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of life and death. Though Helene may no longer walk beside us, her spirit lives on in the memories and the legacy Helene leaves behind.
She was predeceased by: her parents, John F. C. Johannsen and Mabel Romriell. She is survived by: her children, Ron Miller (Deb), William Miller (Paula), Richard Miller (Venna), Bobby Smith (Audrey) and Amy Lenhart (Troy); her stepson David Ridley (Sandra); and her sisters, Hazel Gummersall and Jenkins of Maryland. She is also survived by 14 grandchildren, and 23 great-grandchildren.
Viewing will be held on Wednesday, November 27th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Cornelison Funeral Home (431 N 15th Ave, Pocatello, ID 83201).
