She is survived by: her husband Robert Alan Hazelbush (Bob); her siblings, Keith Williams, Ivan Williams (Vicki), Gloria Spiegel and June Judkins; her children, Mathel Castleton (Ross), Art Hazelbush (Kassy), Troy Hazelbush (Katie), Cory Hazelbush (Misti), Casey Hazelbush (Jessalyn) and Cassandra Hazelbush; her grandchildren, Rylie Borstelman, Zoe Matkin (Matt), Madeline Hazelbush, Isaac Hazelbush (Shimmarie), Parker Hazelbush, Macey Hazelbush, Landon Hazelbush, Declan Hazelbush, Eve Hopkin and David Johnson (DJ); and her great grandchild Maggie Mae Borstelman.
