She was predeceased by: her parents, Margaret "LaVern" Holmes and Fredrick Steele Berry; her husband George; and her daughter Valerie Lynn John. She is survived by: her sister Myralee Morse; her daughter Kelly Kay Tobler; her grandchildren, Ryan Michael Tobler and Jessica Noel Hoffman; her former spouse Yasuyo Urasaki; her daughters, HanaLea and RinLey; her former spouse Ryan Hoffman; and her children, Kennedy, Camryn, Christopher, Douglas Kent Butler, Andrew Casey Butler and Chelsi Nichole Butler.
Faye was a gracious giver to charities and non-profit groups and would have encouraged everyone to support a charitable cause in lieu of flowers.
