She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, John Hamilton and Dorothy Hamilton; her husband Ray Garton; and her children, Kathleen Horsch (Dwight), Rod Garton (Carol), Dave Garton (Kari) and Sally Thomson (J. R.). She was also cherished by 10 grandchildren, 23 great-grandchildren and 7 great-great-grandchildren.
