He was predeceased by: his parents, Dresden Blanchard and Phyllis Blanchard. He is survived by: his wife Mary Blanchard; his sisters, Ann Adams (Dave) and Nancy Feidler (Bill); his children, Travis Blanchard (Nema), Kim Ray (Kelly), Melanie Foster (Bruce) and Rachelle Jolley (Chad); and his stepchildren, Jeff Jones, Becky Fackrell (Darrell), Hal Jones and Michael Jones (Bernadine). He is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
