He is survived by: his parents, Jason Ellis and Laura Monroe of Pingree; his sisters, Brooklyn Ellis of Pingree and Jacey Mickelsen (Jake) of Chubbuck; his nephew Blake Cook of Pingree; and his grandmothers, Deonne Caldwell of Pingree and Roxie Monroe of Blackfoot.
